First TFS 2010 Beta 2 installation is upgraded

Based on the blog of Bryan Krieger, http://blogs.msdn.com/bkrieger/archive/2010/02/03/tfs-2010-beta2-to-rc-upgrade-guide.aspx, I upgraded a single server TFS 2010 Beta 2 environment within a few hours to RC.

It was a wonderful experience to see how smooth an upgrade can be done. Microsoft, thanks for the hard work you did to make our life so much easier.

Hey hi,

I have read that you have successfully upgraded from beta 2 to RC of tfs 2010.
I am also starting to upgrade tfs 2010 beta 2 to RC.I have the same draft version pdf from blogs.msdn.com/.../...ta2-to-rc-upgrade-guide.aspx
I am going to use In-place methodology of upgradation.Is that pdf sufficient?
can you give me any extra tips.SQL 2008 backup is the first thing i have to do,right?
Please share your upgradation experience and guide me.
I am writing you separate email as well.
